NBES student raises money in uncle's memory | Events
QUITMAN, GA – News release from Brooks County Schools
Grace Sherley from North Brooks Elementary School participated in Jump Rope for Heart in memory of her uncle William that passed away in December of 2011.
Sherley raised the most funds for the event by raising $735.00. The entire school collectively raised $7, 422.22 for the event.
Jump Rope for Heart (JRFH) is a national fundraising program and is a valuable program that promotes physical activity, heart healthy living, and community service to children.
JRFH is targeted at students in elementary schools.
